NABARD Assistant Recruitment 2022 – Exam Pattern
The examination would be conducted by NABARD in three phases – Prelims, Mains & Interview. It is mandatory for the candidates to clear the Prelims and then the Mains examination to appear for the interview round.

- Phase-I Online test will be of Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- The question paper will be available in both English & Hindi Languages.
- Each question will carry a 1 mark.
- For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question.
